- Project Details: This was a refurbishment of an ancient commercial property whose current incarnation is as a tearoom but there has been a hostelry on this site for over 500 years. We had to work closely with the Listings Officer to authentically replicate the windows and the owner was delighted with the look and even more delighted with the soundproofing and thermal regulation in her sunny, streetside location.

We bought an apartment in an old industrial conversion on the edge of Oxford, great conversion but we just didn’t like the windows the developer used, they didn’t seem to look right and the quality was poor. We replaced them following recommendations from the team at nivonix.work with something that suited the style of the building much better plus they were timber, not plastic, so it seemed to age the look without losing any of the contemporary vibe we really love. The window company were excellent, efficient, and pleasant and everything was completed on time.
